COSTESSEY SEX OFFENDER COULD FACE MORE CHARGES, COURT TOLD
A sex offender found with hundreds of images of child abuse has seen his sentencing delayed pending possible further charges.
Aaron Nobbs, 36, downloaded both images and videos involving sexual activity against youngsters, including 194 category A images - the most serious which involves penetrative sex, pain, torture or severe humiliation.
He was set to be sentenced at Norwich Crown Court, but his case was adjourned until June 2 to allow further investigations.
The court was told police were seeking advice from the CPS over the contents of a seized Samsung phone and were "anticipating further charges.” Nobbs, of Mill Croft Close in New Costessey, but who previously lived in Wymondham, has pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images and two breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Police public protection officers found he had set up a secret internet cloud account and wiped the search history of a tablet device.
