WALTER MORRISON FROM BISHOPBRIGGS, GLASGOW, ADMITS TO DOWNLOADING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
In a case that has shocked the local community, Walter Morrison, a 61-year-old resident of Bishopbriggs near Glasgow, has admitted to the crime of downloading indecent images of children. The incident came to light after police received an anonymous tip-off, prompting a raid on Morrison's residence in Bishopbriggs in November of the previous year.During the investigation, authorities recovered a disturbing collection of videos and photographs depicting young children engaged in sexual acts. The images included children estimated to be aged 14, 15, and 16, which Morrison himself acknowledged during police interviews. The court was informed that Morrison had downloaded these illicit materials between October 2007 and November 2009, primarily out of curiosity, as he admitted.
