VICTOR MORGAN FROM PAIGNTON SENTENCED FOR CHILD INDECENCY OFFENSES
In July 2017, Victor Keith Morgan, a resident of Marine Drive in Paignton, faced serious legal consequences after admitting to committing a disturbing sexual offense involving a child.The incident took place over a period spanning from December 20, 2014, to July 22, 2015, during which Morgan was found to have created an indecent photograph of a minor.

The court responded with a custodial sentence, sentencing him to ten months in prison.

In addition to the prison term, Morgan was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100.
