NEWPORT WOMAN GUILTY OF OUTRAGING PUBLIC DECENCY IN CWMBRAN
A WOMAN has pleaded guilty to outraging public decency by repeatedly taking off her clothes.
Toni Bell, 37, of Crescent Road, Newport admitted committing the act as well as causing racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress.
The offences took place in Cwmbran on February 20.
At Newport Magistrates' Court, she was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months.
Bell was ordered to attend a 26-day “Building Better Choices” programme and complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
She was also made the subject of a six-month alcohol treatment requirement and told to pay £339 in a surcharge, compensation and costs.
