HASLINGDEN MAN SENTENCED FOR INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN
A man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for downloading indecent images of children.Tom James, 29, of Blackburn Road, Haslingden, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years at Preston Crown Court on January 12.
James pleaded guilty to two counts of 'making' indecent images of children.
In this context, 'making' refers to the downloading of indecent images to a device.
These offences also breached a sexual harm prevention order imposed at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court in March 2017.
