Ms Ebrihem managed to call the police and shout for help, but Urquhart arrived and poured milk over her and pulled her by the hair.
When police arrived, Urquhart acted aggressively, struggling violently with officers and kicking one policeman in the chest.
Ms Ebrihem sustained several cuts and bruises but no fractures or internal injuries.Sentence has been deferred until June 10 for a background report by Sheriff Margaret Neilson.
