A man was discovered with highly explicit pornographic material depicting bestiality, including acts involving dogs and horses.Andrew Park, aged 44, was found to have such images and videos stored on a desktop computer, an iPhone, and a tablet—all accessible to a child, as was reported to Inverness Sheriff Court.
He was found to possess a total of 200 images and 44 videos.
Prosecutor Ghafar informed Sheriff Gary Aitken that upon arrest, Park “spoke openly and admitted to accessing pornography on each device, believing he had an addiction.” The desktop held 178 images and seven videos, the iPhone contained 20 images and 26 videos, and the tablet had one video along with two images.
Residing on Hilton Avenue in Inverness, Park pleaded guilty to possessing extreme pornographic images that explicitly and realistically portrayed sexual acts involving both humans and animals.
Sheriff Gary Aitken postponed sentencing until May 29 to allow for the preparation of background reports and an evaluation of whether the Moving Forward 2 Change Programme would be suitable for Park.
