KELSO MAN THREATENED TO KILL PARTNER DURING DISTURBANCE
A KELSO man who admitted being involved in a disturbance with his partner during which he threatened to kill her has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next year.Twenty-year-old Stephen Roughhead pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the Tait Hall on July 12.
Sheriff Peter Paterson said: "I am told you wish to resume the relationship.
I will defer sentence for one year for good behaviour to test whether you can behave in a civilised fashion if you disagree about something."
