AYR MAN FINED £150 AFTER RAGE INCIDENT AT EX-PARTNER'S HOUSE
A MAN named Shaun Hood, aged 35 and from Westwood Crescent, Ayr, flew into a rage after being asked to leave his former home.He was reported to have booted a wheelie bin and banged on doors at his ex-partner's house on Oakwood Avenue.
The Ayr Sheriff Court heard that Hood had appeared at the house on February 15 of the previous year but was asked to leave by his ex-partner.
Fiscal Stewart Bell stated: "He began to shout 'open the f*****g door' and began to kick a bin sitting on the street." Hood's solicitor Glenn Davis suggested that this case might be suitable for a fine.
Ultimately, Sheriff John Montgomery fined Hood £150.
