RAVI RAJPUT FROM SLUGH ESCAPES PRISON AFTER ADMITTING TO SEXUAL ACTIVITY WITH SCHOOLGIRL

In a recent court hearing held in Slough, Ravi Hesham Rajput, aged 25, of Teesdale Road, faced serious allegations related to his conduct involving a minor.

The proceedings revealed that Rajput had engaged in sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16, a charge he did not deny.

During the court session, it was disclosed that Rajput had spent several months in custody on remand while awaiting his sentencing, highlighting the gravity of the case and the time he had already served in detention.

Ultimately, the court decided on a sentence that, while lenient compared to the initial charges, still imposed significant legal obligations on Rajput.

He was sentenced to 12 months in prison, but this term was suspended for a period of 18 months, meaning he would not serve time unless he committed another offence within that period.

Additionally, Rajput was ordered to participate in rehabilitation activities, aimed at addressing any underlying issues related to his conduct.

He was also required to complete 45 hours of unpaid community work, emphasizing the court’s focus on restorative justice.

Furthermore, as part of his legal obligations, Rajput was instructed to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years, a measure designed to monitor and manage his conduct moving forward.
