A sex pest attacked a mum with her weeping children in Birmingham city centre while exposing himself and saying: 'Hi girls, I want to rape with a white girl'.Quinton Brown had already approached a group of young females and made a similar comment before the incident.
He later attacked a woman in a wheelchair.
The 52-year-old stumbled around Colmore Row with his trousers and pants around his ankles causing onlookers to flee into a nearby restaurant to get away from him.
He was arrested after passing out and telling police his name was the 'Milkybar Kid'.
When the accusations were put to him he said 'that's true' before giving his real name and date of birth.
He had 16 previous convictions for 24 offences including wounding with intent, having a gun, robbery and assaults.
In 2023 Birmingham Live reported on him receiving a suspended sentence for threatening someone with a meat cleaver on the city centre landmark known as 'The Ramp'.
Eoin Campbell, defending, told the court that father-of-two Brown struggled with his mental health following release from jail in 2025.
The barrister said his actions on January 17 were an attempt to 'get himself arrested'.
Brown, appearing on a video link from prison, then said: "I didn't behave properly.
My brain was scattered, I was scared.
I'm very, very sorry." Judge Dean Kershaw rejected his explanation of events.
He concluded his first claim was true - that he had taken drugs and was intoxicated.
He told Bown: "The reality is what you did on that day was really quite disgusting and you know it, you said so.
You're ashamed of what you did.
These kind of things affect people for a long, long time even though for you it's short-lived.
People have to understand the effect it has on these victims."
