AYR MAN JAILED FOR BREACHING BAIL AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS PREGNANT DAUGHTER
A MAN who breached a bail order before struggling with his pregnant daughter has been sentenced to 10 months in prison.
Peter Jamieson, of Ferguson Street, behaved aggressively towards the woman when he refused to leave the property in October last year.
In June, he was placed on a non-harassment order, instructing him not to contact his ex-partner either directly or indirectly.
Despite this, he breached the order in November by approaching the woman at Morrisons on Castlehill Road.
Earlier, in April 2017, Jamieson had also breached a bail order by failing to comply with the condition not to enter Wilson Street in Ayr.
Additionally, in December, he drove while disqualified and without insurance on Maybole Road.
Sheriff Leslie sentenced Jamieson to 10 months imprisonment.
