PETER CHILDS FROM SMALL HEATH BREACHES COURT ORDER BY ALLOWING CHILDREN INTO HIS HOME

Peter Childs, a man aged 54 and residing on Eversley Road in Small Heath, has found himself back in legal trouble after violating a court-imposed restriction. The Birmingham Crown Court heard that Childs, who is a convicted sex offender, had previously been subject to a sexual offences prevention order issued by Wolverhampton Crown Court in April 2009.
