On December 13, 2023, an individual was taken into custody, and on August 14, 2025, they received their sentence.
The charges involved online grooming, encouraging and provoking a minor to take part in sexual activities, causing a child to observe a sexual act, and engaging in sexual communication with someone believed to be underage.
Peter Brewer pleaded guilty during the proceedings, which were subsequently transferred to Warwick Crown Court in Leamington Spa on August 14, 2025.
He was sentenced to nine months in prison, with the sentence suspended for two years.
Additionally, he was ordered to complete a 35-day rehabilitation program, is subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for ten years, and a five-year sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
