PAUL WILSON OF WIDNES RECEIVES COMMUNITY SENTENCE FOR CHILD ABUSE IN CHESTER
In April 2008, Paul Wilson, aged 20, of Twyford Close, Widnes, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a female child under 13 and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court.He was given a community sentence that included a three-year supervision order and an obligation to register as a sex offender for five years.
Wilson pleaded guilty to 13 charges of making indecent photographs of children.
He denied meeting a female child under 16 and engaging in sexual grooming; no evidence was presented for these allegations, and he was found not guilty on those charges.
Additionally, he denied two charges of making indecent photographs.
