NEWCASTLE HARD MAN CAUGHT BY ONLINE SAFETY TEAM TALKING TO CHILDREN
Paul Hannan, a resident of Newcastle, was detected by online safety authorities COST and Newcastle Hunters during attempts to engage in sexually explicit communication.He believed he was interacting with multiple minors.
He was caught at his residence in Newcastle and later taken into custody by the police.
Hannan, who is described as a heavily built man with a shaved head, a white beard, and tattoos on both arms, was subsequently sentenced to a three-year community order in Newcastle Crown Court.
