CLACKMANNAN MAN SENT SEXUAL VIDEOS TO DECOY, CAUGHT BY PAEDO-HUNTERS
A 26-year-old man from Clackmannan, Paul Dennett, sent naked videos and explicit images of himself to a decoy profile set up by paedo-hunters, believing he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl.
He admitted that between 9th and 14th January of the previous year, at his former residence on Gartmorn Road, Sauchie, he exchanged sexual messages and images, including videos of himself engaged in a sex act, and requested similar images from the purported girl.
Dennett was confronted at his home after the group arranged his doorstep arrest, and the police became involved.
During court proceedings at Alloa Sheriff Court, he failed to attend an appointment for his social work report, claiming he needed to go to the Job Centre instead.
The court remanded him in custody until 5th June for the report, and he was also placed on the sex offenders register.
