HEFTY COMMUNITY SENTENCE IMPOSED ON A WIGAN PERVERT FOR HIS SEXUAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH A SCHOOLGIRL
A man from Wigan, Paul Barrow-Hemmings, aged 45 and residing on Diane Road in Ashton, has been spared immediate imprisonment after admitting to inappropriate sexual communications with a minor.
He previously pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual conversations with the child, sharing explicit images of himself, and requesting similar images from her.
Additionally, he acknowledged encouraging her to take part in non-penetrative sexual acts.
During his appearance at Bolton Crown Court, Barrow-Hemmings was sentenced to two years in prison, but this sentence was suspended for a period of two years.
He was also given a SHPO for ten years.
