JACKSON ACCUSED OF RAPE IN COURT HEARS EVIDENCE OF 'THREESOME'
ULSTER rugby star Paddy Jackson is claiming he didn't have sex with the woman who is accusing him of rape, a court heard yesterday.
The court heard that a 21-year-old woman testified that Jackson admitted to carrying out a sex act and responded 'Yes' when asked if he had sex with her, more than once, before Mr Olding entered the room.
Witness Dara Florence described walking in on Jackson and Olding in a 'threesome' with the woman, saying she saw no signs of distress.
Jackson and Stuart Olding are both charged with rape; Jackson is also charged with sexual assault.
The case involves allegations of sexual activity occurring at a house party in 2016.
