OLIVER GEORGE WHITE
Oliver George White admitted to breaking the sexual risk order before the jury was assembled at his trial on August 7, 2025, held at Northampton Crown Court.
Nevertheless, he maintained his innocence regarding three other serious sexual allegations.
The violation of the order occurred on February 6 this year, when White failed to notify police of a relationship—a requirement under the order issued by Northampton Magistrates’ Court on March 6, 2024—without any legitimate reason.
White, from Coltman Drive in Loughborough, was also standing trial for three other sexual offences, and on August 20, he was convicted of raping a woman at her Northampton home between January and September 2023.
He was found not guilty on two other charges—another rape and an attempted rape—and the judge released him from those charges.
On October 16, White was sentenced to a total of six years and two months behind bars.
He was also subject to an indefinite restraining order preventing him from contacting the victim.
Detective Sergeant Elizabeth Jeeves, part of the SOLAR Team which investigates sexual offences, commended the victim’s bravery.
She said: “Oliver White lacked compassion and remorse for the survivor, who showed extraordinary courage through this process.
Her brave testimony helped ensure White’s incarceration for his atrocious actions.” Jeeves further emphasized: “Protecting women and girls from violence remains a priority for our police.
We recognize how challenging it can be to report abuse, but we promise to support victims at every step.” *This story and the custody photo are shared with the survivor’s consent, who has lifelong anonymity.* If you have experienced sexual abuse, recent or otherwise, please report it via 101 or online at https://orlo.uk/jrBTC.
