BUCKIE MAN ADMITS SENDING UNWANTED SEXUAL MESSAGES
Nicholas Murray, 50, from Buckie, sent a series of unwanted X-rated messages to a 22-year-old man, which led to police involvement.Murray appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court this week and admitted to sending indecent or obscene messages to the young man on May 19 of this year.
The victim's identity is protected for legal reasons.
The court was told that Murray's actions came to light after the recipient took screenshots of the messages and showed them to a friend.
Murray is scheduled to return to court next month for sentencing.
