MAJOR CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION RING BUSTED IN KIRKLEES
Forty-two individuals have been accused in connection with a police inquiry into historic child sexual exploitation (CSE) in West Yorkshire.
The group composed of 39 men and three women, predominantly from Kirklees, faces various charges.
The alleged offenses involve six girls and date back from 1995 to 2015, mostly at addresses in Dewsbury and Batley.
The accused are scheduled to appear before Leeds Magistrates' Court on the upcoming Tuesday.
Among those charged is Nasir Billimoria, aged 68, from Batley, who has been charged with offenses of rape and procuring a female under 21.
Other individuals are also facing similar accusations, with numerous counts of rape, controlling prostitution, and living on earnings of prostitution.
The police action is part of ongoing efforts to address child sexual exploitation in the area.
