MIGRANT USED TRANSLATION APP TO THREATEN WOMAN BEFORE RAPE NEAR TRAIN STATION
A small boat migrant allegedly used a translation app to tell a woman ‘I want to f**k you’ before raping her twice, a court heard.Moustafa Elbohy, 31, a failed asylum seeker from Egypt, reportedly attacked the victim after an encounter at Charing Cross station in London.
It is alleged that Elbohy dragged the woman, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, by the arm as she went to board a train after trying to get home from a work night out.
Elbohy came to Britain in June on a dinghy and was housed in a migrant hotel – but his asylum claim was dismissed last month.
He stands accused of sexual assault and has also been charged with possession of cannabis.
The woman told police Elbohy ripped her clothes off and raped her, with the attack being captured on CCTV.
She managed to escape by climbing over a wall and calling a friend for help.
Elbohy appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court and is considering appealing his asylum rejection.
He was remanded in custody and did not enter a plea.
He will appear at Southwark Crown Court on November 26.
As Elbohy was led away from court, he screamed: ‘I will not be able to sleep in prison.
I will die.
Put me in a hospital or anywhere else.’
