A COMPUTER expert who indecently assaulted two women he met over the internet has walked free - after agreeing to stop trawling for women online.Tahir carried out the attacks - which occurred two years apart - at his plush flat in Glasgow's west end.
A Glasgow Sheriff Court trial earlier heard claims one of the victims had asked Tahir to spank her and said her bottom resembled pop star Kylie Minogue's.
Tahir had denied the offences but was eventually convicted by a jury in March this year.
Sheriff Sam Cathcart yesterday ordered him to do 240 hours of community service and placed him on two years probation as he returned to be sentenced.
He then told Tahir: "Among the conditions of your probation is you accept you will refrain from using internet dating agencies." The court heard the 35-year-old had signed up to various sites in a bid to attract women.
He assaulted a 33-year-old speech therapist at his flat in the city's Hughenden Lane, Hyndland, on November 18, 2005.
And he had already attacked a 26-year-old woman at his home in August 2003.
The woman turned up at his flat believing Tahir was an aromatherapist and would give her a massage for her sore back.
