COVENTRY MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD
Twelve men are scheduled to attend Leamington Magistrates' Court on Friday, 29 August, in relation to alleged crimes involving a female victim aged between 11 and 14 years.The offenses are reported to have occurred across several locations, including north Warwickshire, Yorkshire, Darlington, Newcastle, and Northumbria, spanning the period from 2018 to 2021.
The accused, all aged between 20 and 30, face multiple charges such as sexual exploitation, rape, distribution of indecent images of children, and possession of such images.
Among those charged is Michael Wilshire, a 23-year-old from Mile Tree Lane, Coventry, who has been accused of sexual exploitation of a minor.
