MICHAEL MCDOUGAL AND KERT BIRTWISTLE FROM PRESTON CHARGED WITH SEXUAL OFFENCES INVOLVING TEENAGERS

In a serious development from Preston, three men have been formally charged with multiple sexual offences involving four teenage girls. The allegations have prompted a police investigation into disturbing claims of abuse that reportedly took place in August, involving victims aged between 14 and 17 years old.

James Ruehle, aged 66 and residing on Whinfield Lane, has been charged with two counts of rape, attempted rape, and sexual assault. His involvement in the case has raised significant concern within the local community, given the severity of the charges and his age.

Alongside Ruehle, two other men from Preston face serious allegations. Kert Birtwistle, aged 19 and living on Arundel Place, is accused of rape.
