A SEXUAL predator yesterday failed to persuade a court that a social worker broke his human rights by banning him from viewing porn.Martin Miller, who poses a high danger to women and children, claimed the social workers had acted outwith their authority.
Miller, 24, told Perth Sheriff Court yesterday that the social workers had acted outwith their authority.
But Sheriff Michael Fletcher rejected the plea.
Burly Miller, who is 6ft 4in and from Perth, was jailed for 18 months last July for stalking a 12-year-old girl.
He was also placed on a supervised release and is now alleged to have breached that order by viewing porn.
