SEX OFFENDER FAILS TO FOLLOW NOTIFICATION RULES AT PRESTON COURT
A man has appeared before Preston Magistrates Court accused of breaching strict court orders and failing to comply with sex offender registration rules.Mark Trodden faced his first hearing on August 14, 2025, charged with breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and interim SHPO, as well as not fulfilling notification requirements under the Sex Offenders Act 2003.
