2009: YARMOUTH MAN JAILED FOR SEXUAL ACTIVITY WITH 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL

A GREAT Yarmouth man who had sex with a 14 year-old girl was jailed for 27 months on Friday and placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years.

Offshore worker Mark Nekrews, of Princes Road, Yarmouth admitted sexual activity with a child.

Norwich Crown Court heard he had sex with the girl after they had watched a porn film together.

Jonathan Morgans mitigating said that he had considerable insight into his offending and had sought help from a counsellor.

He said that the offence had been “totally out of character.”
