TRANS WOMAN ACCUSED OF MULTIPLE CHILD SEXUAL OFFENSES APPEARS IN COURT

A trans woman named Maddison Wilson, aged 37, has appeared in court accused of multiple serious sexual offenses.

During a brief hearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, Wilson, who identifies with the pronouns ‘she/her,’ wore a pink headband and all-black clothing and solely confirmed her preferred pronouns.

The charges against her include rape of a girl under 13, causing or inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and sexual assault of children, with alleged incidents dating from 2017 to 2020 in Southampton.

Wilson faces additional allegations of a rape of a girl in Hull in 2011.

The court hearing lasted only five minutes, and Wilson will be required to enter her pleas at Southampton Crown Court on February 26.
