RAPIST JAILED FOR 10 YEARS AFTER ADMITTING THREATENING TO KILL A WOMAN
A MAN has been jailed for 10 years for threatening to kill and rape a woman in Widnes.Madalin Hristea, 24, of Dickson Street, Widnes, was sentenced by Judge Nicholas Woodward at Warrington Crown Court on Monday.
The terrifying ordeal happened at the home of a woman in Widnes.
Hristea pleaded guilty to four counts of rape, one charge of threatening to kill and one count of voyeurism at an earlier hearing on January 21.
He denied two assaults by beating and a charge of theft.
These offences have been left on file.
Hristea was jailed for 10 years for four counts of rape and two years concurrrent threats to kill.
Hristea was given a sexual prevention order for an indefinite period.
