Leslie Palmer has been detained for the third time, having openly acknowledged his preference for young girls because he considers them 'easy to talk to.' His arrest was made today after an operation involving a decoy called Sapphire, which aimed to catch him in grooming activities involving what he believed to be two minors aged 14 and 15.
His communication was found to be highly sexual and inappropriate, as he repeatedly asked for nude images and expressed a desire for sexual activity.
He even mentioned that the girls might not be able to keep up and suggested they should sleep with peers their age so he wouldn't hurt them during activities.
Palmer also forced the girls to declare their love for him and to state that they wanted him.
This predator was actively online, engaging in live chats and preying on minors, displaying a dangerous and calculated pattern of exploitation.
Credit is given to those involved in the operation that led to his arrest on August 31, 2025.
Palmer is known as a repeat offender in the UK, with the alias Cobra.
