KIRKCALDY PAEDOPHILE LAUREN FRANCIS DEMANDED 2 YOUNG CHILDREN EXPOSE THEIR GENITALS IN THE STREET
Kirkcaldy paedophile Lauren Francis has been added to the sex offenders register after demanding 2 children to expose their genitals to her in the street.Convicted paedophile Lauren Barbara Francis, 31 of High Street Kirkcaldy pleaded guilty at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court to intentionally making a sexual verbal communication to a 12 year old child on the A921 in Dalgety Bay on the 16th of June 2024 contrary to Section 24(1) of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
The court heard how a two children, then aged 12 and 14 had been enjoying a family meal in Dalgety Bay to celebrate Father's day.
Francis then approached the 2 children who were walking towards their mothers car who was driving along the A921 to pick them up.
Francis stopped the children in the street and began shouting at them demanding them to flash their "willy" and "fanny".
The children's mother then approached and Francis hurried away shouting and being verbally abusive as she did.
Francis has an extensive history of unusual and obsessive behaviour which has stalking and harassment related convictions.
