KYRON CLASPER, OF SITTINGBOURNE, ADMITS THREE COUNTS OF MAKING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN AND ONE COUNT OF EXTREME PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES
A pervert who became addicted to watching extreme pornographic videos involving animals was found with indecent images of children on his phone. After a search warrant was carried out in December 2022, Kyron Clasper was found to be part of group chats which shared material of young children and bestiality.
The 23-year-old’s hard drive and Samsung tablet were seized by police during the search and uncovered hundreds of videos and images involving youngsters, and sex acts between humans and animals.
Prosecutor Bridget Todd told Maidstone Crown Court how messages from his phone, to someone who identified themselves as a 13-year-old girl, saw Clasper ask if she was “willing to date older guys” and that he fancied her.
Further analysis of the phone revealed he was part of several group chats on the Telegram app, where conversations were in relation to “children”, “pre-teen”, “under 16 girls”, “little girls”, and “school girls”.
Messages were discovered from November 10, 2022, where the defendant was trying to arrange for someone to meet him at a Sittingbourne hotel so their dog could have sex with him.
Clasper’s interest in extreme pornographic images started after he was shown something similar at school, it was claimed.
He also claimed the indecent images of children must have been sent in his Telegram group chat and automatically saved to his phone.
The first count related to five Category A images – the most serious kind – as well as 19 moving images.
On the second count, there were six Category B images and one video, while the third count included one Category C image.
The fourth count related to 170 images and 379 videos of possessing extreme pornographic videos, which included human intercourse with a dog.
He admitted all the charges when he appeared in court.
Sentencing him to a two-year community order, she told him he would not be going to prison.
He must complete 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months, as well as 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement (RAR) sessions.
Clasper must also complete 26 two-hour sessions of an accredited programme for people who are convicted of sexual offences.
He will also be subject to a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
