ST BOSWELLS MAN AVOIDS JAIL FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE OFFENCES
A 26-YEAR-OLD man convicted of two domestic abuse offences has been placed on supervision for the next two years at Selkirk Sheriff Court.Kyle Gunn, from St Boswells, will need to attend the Caledonian Men’s Programme as part of his community payback order which was imposed as an alternative to custody.
He had been found guilty after a trial of engaging in a course of conduct which was abusive to two former partners.
Gunn was also given two non-harassment orders banning him from having any contact with two named women for the next eight years.
