TEENAGER JAILED FOR COVENTRY PENSIONER MURDER
A 17-year-old boy named Kieron Spicer was involved in a murder case alongside a woman, where they lured an elderly man, Michael Brady, to his death.The pair caused serious injuries to Mr Brady, who was 74 years old, and he succumbed to those injuries later.
In December, the court convicted Spicer of murder.
Authorities disclosed that Sheppard and Spicer shared a close relationship, with evidence indicating that she groomed him for criminal acts, and messages revealed they discussed harming someone.
Following the court's ruling, Spicer's name was made public.
He received a minimum prison sentence of 18 years after admitting that he was asked to conceal a body.
He was connected to the murder along with Sheppard, who was sentenced to at least 30 years.
The court described Mr Brady as a gentle and kind man who was vulnerable and trusting.
Police described the case as tragic, highlighting that a vulnerable individual was targeted by those he believed he could trust, with his family expressing deep grief over his passing.
