SEX ASSAULT VERDICT: FIFE MAN TAGGED AND CURFEWED AFTER CONVICTION
A man from Fife has been convicted of a sexual offence following proceedings at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.Kieron Morrison, 21, of Kirkcaldy, was found guilty on 24 June 2025 of sexually assaulting a male friend who was staying at his home in March 2025.
The court heard that Morrison was arrested and charged in connection with the incident before being convicted following a trial.
As a result of the conviction, Morrison has been made subject to the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register.
The court also imposed a curfew, requiring him to remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am for a period of six months.
Compliance with the curfew will be monitored through electronic tagging.
