BIRMINGHAM MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING ONLINE CHILD PROTECTION TEAM STING
15 September 2024 — A man identified as Kieran Bishop, 27, from Birmingham, has been arrested following a coordinated sting carried out by online child protection teams.
According to the group known as The Ghosts, Bishop engaged in sexual communication on multiple occasions with children.
During conversations, he is alleged to have asked a child to stay in the same bed with him, and even suggested booking a hotel, supplying vodka, and then “cuddling” with the underage victim.
