CONVICTED OF SERIOUS SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST THREE WOMEN
Kevin Malloy, aged 39, has been convicted of serious sexual offences against three women.
He was sentenced to nine years in prison at the High Court in Glasgow on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, after being found guilty at the same court on Friday, 4 July 2025.
The crimes took place between April 2021 and October 2022 and involved appalling abuse.
In addition to his prison sentence, he was issued with a non-harassment order.
Detective Constable Donna Smith stated: “Malloy subjected his victims to appalling abuse, and he will now face the consequences of his abhorrent actions.
We remain committed to investigating all reports of domestic and sexual offending and ensuring those responsible are brought to justice.
