KEVIN FRIEND FROM EVESHAM SENTENCED FOR SEX OFFENCES IN CHERTSEY, CAMBERLEY, AND EVESHAM

In a significant case that spans multiple locations, Kevin Friend, a 60-year-old man from Weston Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, has been sentenced to nine years in prison for a series of serious sexual offences. The sentencing took place at Guildford Crown Court on Friday, August 23, following a detailed trial that uncovered disturbing details of his criminal conduct.

Friend was convicted of indecently assaulting two young girls in Surrey, specifically in the towns of Chertsey and Camberley. One of the victims was just 14 years old, while the other was only 10 at the time of the assaults. These offences, which occurred in the past, were part of a series of historic sex crimes that have now been brought to justice.

In addition to the charges involving minors, Kevin Friend was also found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Evesham, Worcestershire. The assault on the adult woman was separate from the incidents involving the children and added to the severity of his sentencing.

I’ve just moved on now I am the age that I am and I’ve learnt to live with what happened.”
