SCOTTISH TEEN SEX OFFENDER JAILED FOR GROOMING AND SEXUAL ASSAULT
Justine McNally, the Scotland Sex Offender, engaged in an online relationship with M, a girl from London, over three and a half years on an online gaming platform.
McNally, a 13-year-old Scottish boy, adopted a male avatar named Scott and later met M in person after her 16th birthday in March 2011.
During their encounters, McNally, presenting as male and wearing a dildo beneath his trousers, engaged in sexual activities, including a kiss, oral sex, and alleged penetration with a dildo (which he denied).
M had provided condoms intending to have sexual intercourse but McNally declined.
The relationship ended when M's mother confronted McNally about her gender identity, revealing that McNally was a girl named Justine.
A police complaint led to McNally pleading guilty to six counts of sexual assault by penetration under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He was initially sentenced to 3 years of detention and a three-year restraining order, but this was reduced to 82 days on appeal.
