MAN JAILED FOR MULTIPLE SEXUAL ASSAULTS

A man named Justin James, 46, from Ely in Cardiff, has been given a prison sentence after being found guilty of sexually abusing three women over a three-year period.

He was convicted on five counts of sexual assault by penetration and six counts of sexual assault by touching.

The court, which sat at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday, January 23, sentenced James to 14 years in prison and ordered him to register as a sex offender indefinitely.

Further proceedings on the following Tuesday clarified that James is also subject to a Restraining Order as well as a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
