JONATHON SINCLAIR SHOCKS INVERNESS WITH DISTURBING PUBLIC INDECENCY INCIDENT INVOLVING CHILDREN

A disturbing incident involving public indecency and exposure has led to the imprisonment of Jonathon Sinclair, a 39-year-old man from Inverness. The events unfolded on Huntly Place in Inverness on the afternoon of May 14, when Sinclair engaged in a series of inappropriate and illegal acts that shocked the local community and prompted immediate police intervention.

According to reports, Sinclair was involved in a sexual act with a woman in an alleyway when the incident took a disturbing turn. During this encounter, Sinclair was seen by three young boys, all under the age of 13, engaging in sexually explicit behavior. Witnesses described Sinclair simulating sexual activity with the woman, which was visible from the alley, and then proceeding to expose himself to the children. The man was reportedly topless at the time and was accompanied by two other individuals, although their involvement was not detailed in court records.

As Sinclair made lewd comments such as “I bet you wish you had a willy like this,” while waving his genitals at the young boys, the children felt alarmed and unsafe.
