A notorious sex offender named John Kinloch, with a long history of criminal activity, has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison for his heinous crimes committed in Perth. The case revealed disturbing details of his predatory behavior, which involved befriending a mother and her two young daughters before subjecting them to sexual abuse.According to court proceedings, Kinloch, aged 46, would frequently visit the family’s residence in Perth under the guise of innocent visits. During these visits, he would tell one of the girls, who was only eight years old at the time, that he wanted to check her room to see if she had kept it tidy. This seemingly benign excuse was a pretext for his sinister intentions. The court heard that while the mother was downstairs, Kinloch would carry out sexual assaults on the young girl, exploiting her trust and the domestic setting.
Kinloch pleaded guilty to two charges of sexual assault, acknowledging his guilt in the court. The investigation uncovered that his criminal record spans over 25 years and includes more than 30 offenses. His past convictions include lewd, indecent, and libidinous practices, as well as sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16.
