This order explicitly prohibits him from engaging in private communication with anyone under the age of 16. His sentencing included 140 hours of unpaid work, a two-year period on the sex offenders’ register, three months of electronic tagging, and two years of supervised release.

In addition to his criminal activities, Condy has been active on social media, where he posted a bare torso photo on Twitter, inviting women to “add him back for more.” His actions and presence at the Kennedy Park event have raised serious questions about community safety and the adequacy of current measures to prevent offenders from participating in activities involving children.
