JAMES LANCASHIRE FROM WEST BRIDGFORD JAILED FOR BREACHING SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER

In April 2019, a man identified as James Lancashire, who has no fixed address and hails from West Bridgford, was sentenced to a 28-day jail term after he was found guilty of violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. The order, which was issued on March 11, 2019, was set to last for five years and was designed to restrict Lancashire’s interactions with minors.

According to the terms of the order, Lancashire was prohibited from having any contact with girls under the age of 18 unless explicit consent was obtained from the child's parent or guardian, as well as approval from social services.
