At a sentencing hearing, Sheriff George Way said: “This was a very disturbing event.” Kinmond was placed on supervision for three years and ordered to engage with alcohol counselling and the Moving Forward to Change programme for sex offenders.
He must perform 120 hours of unpaid work and his period on the sex offenders register will run alongside his supervision.
