NEWPORT MAN, AGED 24, ACCUSED OF CHILD SEX OFFENCES

Jacques Fletcher, 24, is accused of causing/inciting a girl 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity, engaging in sexual communication with a child, causing a child aged 13 to 15 to watch/look at an image of sexual activity.The defendant, of Comfrey Close, is alleged to have done so between July and August last year.His case was committed to the crown court where he is due to appear later this month on September 26 and he was granted conditional bail.Fletcher was represented by Lynda Rhead while Angharad Jones appeared for the prosecution.
