MAN FACES COURT AFTER KNIFE ATTACK DURING SEX GAME GONE WRONG
A man named Isaac Bunce was brought before Inverness Sheriff Court for a serious incident involving domestic BDSM activities that went wrong.Bunce, aged 54, initially practiced consensual BDSM with a woman, which included tying her up, gagging, blindfolding, and attaching her to a ceiling hook.
However, during this activity, Bunce took a small knife and inflicted a four-inch cut on her buttock, leaving her with a scar.
The court heard that Bunce had previously been convicted of non-analogous offenses related to road traffic violations.
The incident took place in 2011 and was reported after the woman noticed blood from the injury, although she did not seek medical attention.
Bunce was very remorseful afterward, repeatedly apologizing and expressing regret for his actions.
He admitted to assaulting the woman and using a knife to cut her during a sex game gone wrong.
The court was informed that if the sheriff finds there was a significant sexual element involved, Bunce could be required to register as a sex offender.
His bail was continued, and sentencing was deferred until next month.
