PERTH MAN FINED FOR DEPOSIT OF USED CONDOMS AND ENVELOPES CONTAINING KIDS' NAMES
A man named Ian Wilkie, aged 55, has been involved in a disturbing incident where he repeatedly deposited used condoms into the repeat prescription mailbox at the Drumhar Health Centre in Perth over a span of five days.Additionally, he handed in several envelopes containing both money and used condoms, which were addressed to a child, to Perth Sheriff Court.
Wilkie admitted to breaching the peace between the 12th and 17th of February this year by repeatedly putting these condom-filled envelopes into the mailbox.
He also acknowledged handing in multiple envelopes containing money and used condoms with a child's name on them.
During the court proceedings, solicitor David Holmes expressed concerns about the nature of the offense and the contents of the social work report.
Sheriff William Wood told Wilkie, 'You have been of good behaviour over the last six months.
I would like to know more.
I will continue the case for good behaviour.' The court deferred sentence and ordered Wilkie to return in March next year to update on his conduct.
